Use Link2AI only for public content you are authorized to access and process. Do not use the service to bypass private-account controls, authentication, paywalls, DRM, geographic restrictions or other access controls, and do not use it for bulk crawling.
The one-time trial is intended for evaluation and includes 10 processing units. Basic includes 500 processing units per billing period and supports videos up to 30 minutes per video. Pro includes 2,000 processing units per billing period and supports videos up to 120 minutes per video. Plans are not limited by a fixed number of links. Video usage is one unit per started processed minute. Text-based usage is one unit per roughly 2,500 estimated tokens successfully returned to the AI, with a minimum of one unit for a successful read. Unsupported, inaccessible, login-required, empty or failed extractions consume 0 units. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled through the subscription-management flow.
Link2AI processes supported public links. Processing can temporarily fail, and not every public URL is guaranteed to be processable. Very large supported sources may be partially processed under safety limits; when that happens the returned context includes a truncation notice. Failed or unsupported reads consume 0 processing units.
If core paid service is materially unavailable for supported public links because of our service issue and reasonable access cannot be restored, our Support team may remedy the situation with restored usage quota, account credit, prorated refund, or full refund depending on impact and duration. This does not apply to unsupported or private content, removed or restricted content, or content restricted by third-party platforms.
Link2AI returns source material to the connected AI as untrusted external data. The connected AI, not Link2AI, performs any summary, analysis, translation, recommendation or factual judgment requested by the user.
